ORIGIN & WINEMAKING
100% Viognier from Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina, at 1,100 m a.s.l.

SOIL & IRRIGATION
Alluvial soil, sandy-loam to silty texture, with stones of various sizes from 30 cm depth. Higher water and nutrient retention due to its silt content.

This zone has higher temperatures, with a marked day-night temperature range and good air drainage due to the slope of the terrain.

Drip irrigation from underground water by means of boreholes.

STORAGE & SERVING
We recommend serving at a temperature of 7°C to 9°C.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE
Pale yellow in colour with greenish highlights. Clear, clean and bright.

NOSE
High aromatic intensity, with fruits such as pear, pineapple and peach syrup taking centre stage, accompanied by delicate notes of white flowers.

PALATE
A smooth and aromatic entry; the mid-palate shows present acidity that brings freshness, with an enveloping, silky texture. Tropical fruit flavours return, persistent and with an agreeable finish.

White wines offer a wonderful diversity of food pairing options. Their good acidity, fresh and fruity aromas and flavours, open a wide range of possibilities, from a simple salad, cheeses or a plate of fresh fruit, to enjoying them on their own.
