TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE
A wine of intense red with garnet hues, of great visual depth, accompanied by dense, slow-falling legs that reveal its structure.
NOSE
Aromas of ripe fruit such as plum and morello cherry, alongside notes of smoky bell pepper. Subtle herbal nuances of eucalyptus and camphor add freshness, while delicate tones of toast and coffee from the oak ageing lend complexity and elegance to the ensemble.
PALATE
A welcoming, silky entry, with medium, well-integrated acidity and firm tannins that provide structure. Well-balanced body in harmony with the alcohol, a slightly meaty profile, and a persistent finish where notes of black pepper and coffee reappear.
This Cabernet Franc is ideal alongside main courses of lean meats such as fillet, entrecôte or sirloin. It also pairs perfectly with game stews or herb-seasoned dishes, accentuating its robust, structured character. Served at a slightly lower temperature than recommended, it can marry very well with dark chocolate and red-fruit desserts.
