TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE
A white wine of yellow-green colour with golden highlights. Clean and bright.

NOSE
High aromatic intensity. Herbal notes of linden and chamomile are followed by fruity notes of apple, pineapple, orange and grapefruit, with white flowers, honey, beeswax and caramel emerging on the finish.

PALATE
A pleasant and soft entry on the palate. High acidity in the mid-palate, balanced with the alcohol. Fresh on the palate, with ripe fruits, vanilla and caramel from its oak ageing. Persistent, with a long and agreeable finish.

White wines offer a wonderful diversity of food pairing options. Their good acidity, fresh and fruity aromas and flavours, and the complexity from oak ageing, open a wide range of possibilities, from a simple salad or a plate of fresh fruit to more complex pairings of greater structure, such as meat dishes with light sauces.
