ORIGIN & WINEMAKING
100% Chardonnay from Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina.
The entire volume of this wine aged in first-use French and American oak barrels for 12 months. After ageing, a selection of barrels was made to assemble the blend of 4,000 unique bottles.

Alcohol: 13.8% vol.

STORAGE & SERVING
Keep away from light and store at temperatures between 14°C and 18°C. Serve between 8°C and 10°C.

PACKAGING
Gift case of 4 bottles (CAB-008).

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE
Bright and clean on the eye, deep yellow in colour with golden hues.

NOSE
Aromatic and elegant, with notes of tropical fruits and pome fruit. Further complexity given by aromas of coconut, white chocolate and vanilla.

PALATE
Full and silky on the palate, with good structure and refreshing acidity. An expressive white wine, full-bodied and flavourful in its style, with a lingering and harmonious finish.
