TECHNICAL DATA

ORIGIN & WINEMAKING
25% Malbec, 25% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc from Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina.
This wine aged in first-use French oak (60%) and American oak (40%) barrels for 20 months. After ageing, a selection of barrels was made to assemble the blend of 7,200 bottles. Once bottled, the wine remained a further 12 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.9% vol.

STORAGE & SERVING
Keep away from light and store at temperatures between 14°C and 18°C. Serve between 16°C and 18°C.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE
Intense and deep in colour, with prominent reds; pronounced and elegant legs.

NOSE
Dried fruits such as raisins and plums, with touches of red fruits including sour cherries and cherries, well accompanied by notes of vanilla and coffee.

PALATE
Plum jam, sour cherry preserve, and the aromas perceived on the nose. Great polyphenolic structure with sweet tannins that make it full on the palate. The alcoholic richness is in balance with the acidity, making it complex and lingering.
