TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE
A wine of deep dark red with terracotta hues. High density and pronounced legs with a slow fall.

NOSE
Intense aromas recalling fresh notes of mint and eucalyptus, ripe fruits such as cherries, blackberries, and plums, along with wood-derived notes of vanilla and coffee.

PALATE
A pleasant entry; on the mid-palate, medium acidity in balance with the alcohol. Intense tannins that lend great structure, with a fresh flavour and some spiced notes of coffee and chocolate. Persistent, with a long and pleasant finish.

Full-structured red wines with ripe fruit flavours, wood notes, and good acidity pair beautifully with main courses of lean meats and stews. At a lower serving temperature they also complement chocolate desserts and red berry confections.
