TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE
A white wine of yellow-green colour with golden highlights. Clean and bright.
NOSE
High aromatic intensity. Notes of cooked fruits such as peaches and pears; white flowers; honey, vanilla, chamomile and spices.
PALATE
The entry on the palate is unctuous. The mid-palate acidity is moderate, in harmony with the alcohol. Medium to full body. A persistent flavour reminiscent of fruit, honey, pollen and floral notes. The finish is long and delicate.
White wines offer a wonderful diversity of food pairing options. Their good acidity, fresh and fruity aromas and flavours, and the complexity contributed by oak ageing, open a wide range of possibilities, from a simple salad or a plate of fresh fruit to more complex pairings of greater structure, such as meat dishes with light sauces.
