CASA BOHER
ROSÉ 2025

TECHNICAL DATA

ORIGIN & WINEMAKING
34% Malbec (Alto Agrelo), 33% Merlot and 33% Pinot Noir (Los Árboles).
In Valle de Uco, our vineyard has an alluvial soil, sandy-loam to sandy in texture. Low in organic matter and nutrients, and of limited depth, with abundant rolled pebbles at the surface and throughout the profile.
In Alto Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, the soil is alluvial, sandy-loam to silty, with rolled pebbles from 30 cm of depth downwards.
Crushing and skin separation are carried out in a pneumatic press, and the settling process takes place in separate stainless steel tanks for each variety, with cold maceration. The wine is co-fermented at low temperature with selected yeasts, and after alcoholic fermentation the lees are racked. The wine was kept in stainless steel tanks and bottled in June of the same year.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE
A wine of pearlescent pink with salmon hues. Clear and brilliant.

NOSE
Medium intensity on the nose; fruity notes of cherries, strawberries, morello cherry and pomegranate, alongside florals of roses.

PALATE
A gentle entry; in the mid-palate unctuous, with pleasant acidity in balance with the alcohol and delicate tannins from the brief skin contact. Persistent in flavour with a long, delicate finish.

Rosé wines offer great versatility in food pairing, owing to their good acidity, soft tannins and balanced alcohol. They can accompany both a seafood dish and a cut of roast pork.
