TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE
A pale yellow wine with greenish hues. Clear and translucent.
NOSE
White peach and pineapple aromas; citrus notes of lemon, orange, yellow grapefruit zest; and on a secondary note, hints of coconut and shortbread from the brief passage through oak.
PALATE
A gentle entry; in the mid-palate a linear wine that opens to reveal high acidity in balance with the alcohol. Fruity, fresh and persistent in flavour, with medium body.
White wines offer a great diversity of pairing options. Thanks to their good acidity and their fruity, fresh aromas and flavours, they can accompany both a simple salad or a plate of fresh fruit, and more complex, structured dishes such as meat cuts with light sauces.
