CASA BOHER FINCAS
VIOGNIER AGRELO 2023

TECHNICAL DATA

ORIGIN & WINEMAKING
100% Viognier from Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina, at 1,100 m a.s.l.
Only 10,000 bottles.

SOIL & IRRIGATION
In Alto Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, we have alluvial soils with a sandy-loam to silty texture and the presence of stones of various sizes from 30 cm depth — soils slightly heavier than those of our Valle de Uco property. The higher silt content means greater water and nutrient retention.

In terms of climate, this zone has higher temperatures, with a marked day-night temperature range and good air drainage due to the slope of the terrain. Grape maturity is reached approximately 15–20 days earlier compared to San Pablo, for the same grape variety.

Drip irrigation from underground water by means of boreholes.

STORAGE & SERVING
We recommend serving at a temperature of 7°C to 9°C.

ANALYTICAL DATA
Alcohol: 13.5% vol.

PACKAGING
Box of 6 bottles (CAB-202).

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE
A white wine of clear, clean yellow colour with green and golden highlights. Clean and bright.

NOSE
High aromatic intensity. Floral notes of linden blossom and jasmine; fresh fruit notes of peaches, pineapple and melon.

PALATE
A gentle and agreeable entry. The mid-palate acidity is well balanced with the alcohol. Medium body, unctuous. Fresh and frutal flavour. Easy to drink, with a prolonged finish.

White wines offer a wonderful diversity of food pairing options. Their good acidity, fresh and fruity aromas and flavours, open a wide range of possibilities, from a simple salad, cheeses or a plate of fresh fruit, to enjoying them on their own.
