TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE
Pale yellow with golden highlights; fine bubbles rise in a needle-like stream from the centre of the glass, forming a delicate and persistent crown.

NOSE
On first aroma, notes of toasted bread, followed by fruity aromas of peach, orange, white flowers, and almonds.

PALATE
A pleasant entry; mid-palate shows high acidity and delicate, well-integrated bubbles. Velvety, medium-to-full-bodied. Fresh, fruity flavour with a long and pleasant finish.
