Alcohol: 13% vol.; Sugar: 7 g/l.; Total acidity: 7,1 g/l.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at 6ºC to 8ºC.

TASTING NOTES

SIGHT
It presents a yellowish-green color with golden highlights.

NOSE
Aromas of nut (hazelnut - almond), seed fruits (quince - apple - pear) and citrus. Also toast notes typical of the evolution on fine lees.

PALATE
Good acidity and intense in the mouth, where we find flavors typical of the predominant varietal. To this is added the structure provided by the Pinot Noir and the long period in contact with fine lees resulting in a product of high complexity.
