ORIGIN & WINEMAKING
90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay from Finca Los Árboles in Tunuyán, at 1,250 m a.s.l. Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina. This sparkling wine was made by the Traditional Method or Méthode Champenoise, with a minimum of 70 months ageing on the lees.
A unique run of 6,000 bottles.
Style: Brut.

Serve between 6–8°C.

TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE
Copper colour with salmon hues.
NOSE
Aromas of chocolate, coffee, coconut, hazelnuts, vanilla, and almonds.
PALATE
Good acidity, contributing freshness. Full on the palate, well-bodied and intense. The long ageing on fine lees incorporates notes of evolution: cooked fruit, toasty notes, and bakery yeasts.
