ORIGIN & WINEMAKING
85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay from Finca Los Árboles in Tunuyán, at 1,200–1,300 m a.s.l. Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina. This sparkling wine was made by the Traditional Method or Méthode Champenoise, with a minimum of 40 months ageing on the lees.
Style: Brut.

Serve between 6–8°C.

TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE
Golden yellow colour.
NOSE
Aromas of toasted bread, coconut, hazelnuts, vanilla, and almonds.
PALATE
Good acidity. Full on the palate, well-bodied and intense. Complex flavours in the dairy family. The long ageing on fine lees incorporates notes of evolution: cooked fruit, toasty notes, and bakery yeasts.
