Estates

Our first estate, Los Árboles, has been a pioneer in the Valle de Uco, in the San Pablo area, since 1993. It sits at 1,250 metres above sea level and, from the winery's earliest days, has supplied us with raw material of the highest standard.

The wide temperature swings and the unique character of these 90 hectares yield grapes with fruity aromas, freshness and acidity. For our sparkling wines we use Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines with more than 30 years in the ground, grown in a cold, slow-ripening area. The yield of these vines is held in check by pruning and irrigation. They also give us our Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc.

Our newest estate, 25.5 hectares in size, sits in the Alto Agrelo area, crowning Rosell Boher Lodge at 1,100 m a.s.l. and facing the Cordón del Plata. From there we draw Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Viognier, which are gradually being woven into our still-wine line-up.
