Our
History

We have just marked more than 25 years since our first sparkling-wine vintage and 125 years of tradition. It all began in 1999, when we recovered the facilities of the winery founded at the end of the 19th century by Bernardo Martínez, grandfather of our winemaker, Alejandro Martínez Rosell.

Since then, at Cavas Rosell Boher we have carried on the French Champagne tradition, crafting our wines exclusively through the Méthode Champenoise, with the time and patience required to deliver a final result of exceptional quality.

From the very beginning, the winery has also produced still wines, which have earned a place among the most respected on the market. Alongside the Casa Boher family, our line-up today is led by Casa Boher Gran Corte, Gran Reserva, Gran Chardonnay, Gran Viognier and the Línea Fincas.

We are a young winery with history and tradition, with our eyes set on the future.
